Custom Arrow Orders:

Sales are Final: All custom arrow orders are considered final, meaning there are no returns or refunds for these orders.

Warranty: There is a 6-month warranty against failure due to workmanship.
Conditions: The warranty doesn't cover damage due to misuse or impact from other arrows downrange.
Free Replacement: If an arrow is damaged within 6 months of purchase, the company will replace it free of charge. However, there's a maximum of 1 free arrow replacement, and shipping charges may apply.

Vertical Bow and Crossbow String and Cable Replacements:
Non-Refundable: Replacements are non-refundable.
Warranty: There is a minimum 6-month warranty, but it doesn't cover damage incurred due to misuse.
Maintenance Requirement: Strings and cables must be waxed every 100 shots or a minimum of twice a year. Failure to do so voids the warranty.

Other Products:
Refundable Period: Fully refundable within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: The returned product must be in the original, unopened packaging. If open but unused, it may still be returnable, but a restocking fee may apply.

Method of Refund:

When a refund is issued, it will be issued to the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
